DooH it attaches particular importance to the security of personal data.

We have implemented useful measures, whether physical, logical, administrative, or organizational, adapted to the degree of sensitivity of the Data, in order to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the Data and to protect it against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration, or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.

When DOOH IT uses a service provider, it only shares Data with them after verifying their compliance with these security principles. DOOH IT may conduct audits to verify the proper operational application of data security rules.

What are your rights regarding your Data?

You must send us a written request, providing proof of your identity, to prevent us from disclosing your Data to other persons.

In accordance with the Personal Data Regulations, your request will be processed within thirty days of us receiving all the information necessary to process it. If your request is complex, this period may be extended by a maximum of two months, but we will inform you of this in advance.

Dooh It ensures that your Data is deleted from our databases, in accordance with the terms defined by the Personal Data Regulations, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Your right to restrict processing

In the event of a dispute regarding the processing of your Data, you may request that the processing of your Data be suspended while the dispute is being investigated. In this case, we will no longer use your Data until the dispute has been resolved.

You may exercise this right when you object to the processing, when you contest the accuracy of your Data, when you believe that its processing is unlawful, or when you need it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of your legal rights.

Your right to data portability
